Laundromat FAQ
We are open seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Last wash is at 8:00 p.m.
Yes, our laundromat is fully attended. That means that there is always someone on hand to help.
Our machines start with quarters and with the Laundroworks card.
Yes! We have 65 and 85 pound machines that can handle large items like comforters and sleeping bags, or multiple loads of laundry at a time.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes any time between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
We use only premium brand products like Tide and Gain when we wash your laundry.
Our wash and fold service is only $1.85/lb. and your clothes will be ready for pickup in 24 hours. If you need your clothes back the same day it is $1.95/lb. and can be dropped off no later than 4:00 p.m.
There is a 14 pound minimum for all wash and fold orders.
Your clean clothes will be available for you to pick up in 24 hours. You can pay extra for same day pick up.
We do not! We always keep our clients' clothes separate so there are no mix ups or cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer pickup and delivery services Monday to Thursday.
If you sign up for regular service (weekly or bi-weekly) the cost is $1.75/lb. If you only want to use our service from time to time it is $1.85/lb.
The minimum order for pickup and delivery is 14 pounds.
Your clean clothes will be returned to you in 24 hours.
It is simple. Click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. It takes about two minutes.
You do not. When you place your order, just specify what secure location you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
When you place your order there is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you have any special instructions.
We do not ask our customers to commit to any long-term contract. You can cancel service at any time, but we are confident that you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with outstanding service.
Your credit card will be charged when your laundry order is completed.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can log into your account and place your service on hold until you return from your vacation.
